Built for studio owners who love fitness, but didn't start their business to drown in systems, numbers, and stress.
My story
I entered the fitness industry shortly after turning 18 and immediately fell in love with it, not just the workouts, but the people, the energy, and the incredible impact fitness studios can have on someone's life.
Over the years, I've worked in nearly every role a studio has front desk, sales, management, personal training, group fitness instruction. That experience gave me a front-row seat to how studios actually operate - the good, the bad, and the chaotic.
A few years ago, I stepped into a struggling Pilates studio that had incredible potential but was completely disorganized behind the scenes. The owner was overwhelmed, processes didn't exist, and the staff didn't have direction. Within about two months, we rebuilt the systems, clarified the sales process, and created structure for the team. Membership started climbing, staff felt confident again, and the studio began running smoothly - without putting more pressure on the owner.
That was the moment I realized something. I didn't just enjoy sales - I loved fixing the systems behind great studios so they could finally run the way they were meant to.
What I believe
Most fitness studios don't struggle because they're bad businesses. They struggle because no one ever taught the owner how to run a business. The fitness industry is incredibly competitive. Passion alone isn't enough - you also need systems, sales structure, and clear metrics guiding decisions.
But the goal isn't turning your studio into a corporate machine. The goal is building a studio that runs smoothly, supports your team, grows consistently, and allows you to focus on the parts of the business you actually love - whether that means scaling to multiple locations or simply creating a studio that supports your life without consuming it.
How I work with studios
Pacific Growth Partners is intentionally small. I work with only 5-10 studios at a time, which allows me to be extremely hands-on with every client. I'm not just giving advice from the sideline, I'm inside the systems helping you improve them. That can include sales systems and scripts, lead follow-up and conversion, retention strategy, staff sales training, mystery shoppers and real customer feedback, performance tracking and studio metrics, and operational systems that allow the studio to run without you.
My job is simple: meet you where you are and help build the systems that take you where you want to go. Whether you're in pre-sale or have been operating for years, I'm here to provide the support, expertise, and accountability you need.
The numbers (because I love numbers)
While relationships matter most, numbers tell the story of whether a business is truly working. Across studios I've worked with, we've seen membership growth from ~220 to nearly 500 members in under a year, monthly revenue double within 60 days, lead-to-member conversion increase from 3% to over 30%, and retention improve by 40%+. But the numbers that matter most are the ones that give owners their time, energy, and confidence back.
Why I do this
I genuinely love the fitness industry. My partner is a personal trainer, and outside of work you'll usually find me lifting, climbing, surfing, or running around San Diego. Fitness studios change lives every day, and studio owners deserve businesses that support that mission - not ones that burn them out. Pacific Growth Partners exists to help passionate studio owners build profitable, sustainable, and enjoyable businesses.
